Quinte West's Municipal Election will be held on Monday, October 22, 2018, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eligible voters will be casting ballots for the following offices:

  • Mayor

  • Councillor

  • School Board Trustee

The City of Quinte West's Voters List is compiled from information received from the Ontarios Municipal Property Assessment Corporation.  Copies of the Voter's List may be viewed at the following locations beginning September 4, 2018 and ending at 4:30 p.m. on October 22, 2018.

Trenton Ward 1 - Municipal Office
7 Creswell Drive, Trenton

Monday to Friday (Except Holidays)
between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

If you are not on the Voter's List, you will be required to provide proof that is satisfactory of your identity, Canadian Citizenship or qualifications at your voting location. is a online system that allows electors to take an active role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date electoral information through the flexibility of an online service. 

To ensure all eligible voters exercise their right to vote, the City of Quinte West is offering alternative voting in the form of Internet Voting, Advance Voting,and Proxy Voting. These alternatives have been integrated into the election process in an effort to make the 2014 Municipal Election convenient and accessible for all voters.

Polling Locations

Roving Poll Information: Voters who are in a long term care centre, hospital or home still ratain the right to vote. The City of Quinte West will provide a roving poll at the locations listed on the attached link.
