At Trent Port Marina in Quinte West/Trenton, Ontario, we know how important it is to host your gatherings in a quality location. The upscale Trent Port Marina Gathering Hall is perfect for any event, from a faculty dinner to a wedding rehearsal or ceremony. Our licensed event venue offers incredible views of the marina and the beautiful Bay of Quinte, and our staff will help ensure that your event is a success.
Facility Booking
We offer booking by the half day (up to 6 hours), or full day (up to 12 hours). Minimum half day bookings are required Sunday through Thursday and minimum full day bookings are required on Fridays and Saturdays. A staffed bar is available for both half- and full-day rentals. Your rental includes the Gathering Hall and public facilities, tables and chairs and glassware for bar drinks. Arbours, outdoor chairs, cutlery, glassware and dishware for table settings are not provided. Maximum capacity is 100 people for both the Gathering Hall and the licensed outdoor patio.

Rental Policies
- Gathering Hall hours are 8 am to 12 midnight. Venue must be vacated by 12 midnight after clean up.
- Minimum Full Day bookings (up to 12 hours) are required Fridays and Saturdays; minimum Half Day bookings (up to 6 hours) are required Sunday through Thursday.
- Bookings must include set up and clean up time.
- No Sale bar permits are NOT allowed.
- A $100 deposit is required to confirm a reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to the date of the event.
- Deposits are fully refundable up to 30 days prior to the event. Between 30 and 14 days prior to the event, the $100 deposit will be deducted from refunds. Refunds (less the $100 deposit) will be given within 14 days of the reservation only if the Gathering Hall can be re-rented for that date.
- A refundable damage/clean up deposit of $200 will be collected 7 days prior to the event. If damage is done or excessive clean-up by Marina staff is required, all or a portion of the deposit will be forfeited.
- All caterers servicing events must sign and have on file a blanket Caterer Agreement annually.
- A 15% Service Charge will be applied to all Open Bar tabs.
Booking Process
If you would like to book an event, please call Trent Port Marina at (613) 392-2841, extension 7100 for reservations. In order to best meet your needs, try to have an estimated head count at the time of the reservation. Also, please let us know if you plan to have a staffed bar.
