Disposal of Large and Bulky Items

Residents of the City of Quinte West may dispose of large and bulky items at the Aikins Road Depot or the Chester Road Transfer Station.

Note: Ministry of the Environment regulations require that residents dispose of items in the designated depot.

Aikins Road Depot

Depot location: Aikins Road north of CPR tracks                 

Fee: There is a user fee charged for each vehicle and trailer load (for disposal of a fridge or freezer, there is an additional $25.00 charge for removal of Freon)

Location: Chester Road, off West Street, Trenton

Methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Interac (debit); no cash or cheques accepted
