Mayor & Council

The City of Quinte West is governed by a Mayor and a 12-member Council with representatives from each of the four City Wards. The Mayor and Councillors are elected to four-year terms through the municipal election process.

City Council conducts its business using the Standing Committee System. The Committees offer policy and operational recommendations to Council on an ongoing basis.
